Refund policy

At Aroma De Arabia, each fragrance oil is carefully prepared, quality checked, and securely packaged before dispatch.

Due to the personal nature of fragrance products, we do not accept returns or exchanges.


❌ Returns

For hygiene and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns once an order has been delivered.

This policy applies to:

• Opened products
• Unopened products
• Change of mind purchases
• Incorrect scent selection

We kindly encourage customers to review fragrance descriptions carefully before placing an order.


💸 Refunds

We do not offer refunds unless:

• Your item arrives damaged
• You receive the wrong product
• Your order is lost in transit and confirmed by the courier

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

• Clear photos of the product and packaging
• A brief description of the issue

Once reviewed and approved, we will offer either:

• A replacement at no extra cost, or
• A full refund to your original payment method

Refunds, if approved, are processed within 5–7 business days.


📦 Lost Packages

If tracking shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, please contact us immediately.

We will investigate with the courier. Refunds or replacements are only issued once the courier confirms loss.
